Further, they are always contactable, 24/7, 365 days a year. We have an emergency after hours number which is provided to both you and your tenant.

We are proud to state our Property Managers only support 80 owners at any one time. This is really significant when you consider the industry average is 120 – 150. What this means for you is a more personalised approach giving you a superior, personal service. We are committed to spending the time required to be consistently thorough, professional and service focused. As we see it, our attention to detail and customer focus means we all win, and that’s important to every member of the Home 2 Home team. We take the time required to ensure we work hard with both our property owners and tenants. Both relationships are important and key.

Rent Payments

You will be emailed detailed routine rent inspection reports from your property, the day the inspection is completed. In addition to this reporting, we are proud to have zero rent arrears. This is achieved through educating the Tenant at the time of signing their lease and providing first class communication at every step of the tenancy to ensure expectations are clear and reiterated as necessary. You further benefit by getting your rent paid twice a month, which often lines up with loan repayments on your property. We even have an easy to access and navigate online portal that our clients love. It allows you to check on your property at a time that suits you, saving you having to wait to hear from us or from having to make contact to know where things are at with your property.
